Al principio del Gita dice: «Todo esto parece tan absurdo. En ambos lados mis amigos y mis parientes esperan dispuestos a luchar. Gane quien gane será una pérdida, porque mi familia, mis parientes y mis amigos serán destruidos. Aunque gane, no valdrá de nada porque, ¿a quién voy a mostrar mi victoria? Las victorias son significativas por todos los amigos, parientes, familiares que las disfrutan. Pero no quedará nadie, la victoria será sobre cadáveres. ¿Quién la valorará? ¿Quién dirá: 'Arjuna, has hecho algo importante'? Por tanto, ganar o perder me parece absurdo. Todo esto es un sinsentido». Quería renunciar a luchar. Era mortalmente serio y cualquiera que calcule también lo será. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El entorno del Gita es único. La guerra es el asunto más serio. No puedes jugar con ella porque están implicadas muchas vidas; no puedes jugar. Y Krihsna insiste en que incluso allí tienes que estar dispuesto a jugar. No pienses en lo que va a pasar al final, simplemente permanece en el aquí y ahora. Simplemente sé un guerrero, jugando. Iyengar, extracto de su libro Luz sobre el Yoga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El cuerpo probará ser un obstáculo a menos que trascienda sus limitaciones y remueva sus compulsiones. Por lo tanto debemos aprender como explorar más allá de nuestras fronteras conocidas, lo que es expandir e interpenetrar nuestra conciencia y la maestría sobre nosotros mismos. Las posturas son ideales para esto. Las llaves para abrir nuestro potencial son las cualidades pureza y sensibilidad. La pureza, o simplemente limpieza como suele ser llamada en los textos yoguicos, no es primariamente moral. La pureza permite la sensibilidad. La sensibilidad no es debilidad o vulnerabilidad. Es claridad de percepción y permite acción precisa y juiciosa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;…Mucha gente moderna usa tan poco su cuerpo que pierde sensibilidad en su conciencia corporal. Se mueven de su cama a su escritorio, al auto, al sofá y a la cama, pero no hay conciencia en sus movimientos, no hay inteligencia. No hay acción. Acción es movimiento con inteligencia. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Debes desarrollar amor y afecto por tu cuerpo, por lo que él puede hacer por ti. El amor debe encarnarse hasta en el mas pequeño de los poros de tu piel, la mas pequeña de las células de tu cuerpo, para hacerlas inteligentes de tal forma que puedan colaborar con todas las otras, en la gran republica del cuerpo. Iyengar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuando el cuerpo es doblado hacia delante desde las caderas, es como si lo plegaras en dos mitades, y la visión se restringe. En Paschimottanasana es como si hubiera un aspecto positivo en nuestra habilidad para ejecutar la postura y otro negativo en la limitación de la visión. Pero estos opuestos están unidos por las caderas, el punto de flexión.&lt;br /&gt;La rendición es la lección que nos enseña esta postura. Hay expansión y suavidad desde dentro. Dentro del limitado alcance de movimiento en el cuerpo, esta postura estira los músculos y ligamentos; estirando también nuestras limitaciones en el pensamiento, en las sensaciones, el reconocimiento y el entendimiento. La rendición se expresa particularmente bien por el hecho de no poder mirar al frente ni arriba. En la aceptación de esta situación yace la humildad. Las manos, que son más expresivas a través de un toque amoroso y un agarre seguro, alcanzan a agarrar los pies, que son la fundación del ser. En la paciencia y la rendición, entonces, tomamos el tiempo necesario para alargarnos y estirarnos.&lt;br /&gt;Todas las posturas tienen la intención de hacer al practicante consciente de su columna, y esta no es la excepción. Antes que puedas estirar la espalda completamente, suele haber una gran joroba, un obstáculo que uno debe pasar en la vida. Sólo después de pasar ese obstáculo la rendición se completa para hacerlo a uno receptivo. Sólo entonces el cuerpo, las emociones y la mente son lo suficientemente fuertes para aceptar la inseguridad de la visión limitada.&lt;br /&gt;La palabra sanscrita paschimottanasana significa "extensión intensa hacia el oeste" al hacer esta postura el practicante debe pensar en la relevancia del oeste. ¡Qué es el oeste? ¿Qué significa en mi vida?&lt;br /&gt;Empujarse hacia el piso lleva la atención hacia la necesidad de confiar en la naturaleza divina. La intensidad de la extensión y el reconocimiento de las limitaciones que deben ser sobrellevadas antes de conseguirla nos inspiran hacia la humildad, una y otra vez. En el punto central cuando uno comienza a doblarse, se hace consciente de las dos mitades del cuerpo, las dos mitades de la mente. Los opuestos a lo largo de toda nuestra vida y nuestra práctica emergen con claridad. Es en esta claridad donde la inseguridad se desvanece. Y mientras uno se va acercando al perfeccionamiento de la postura, uno se da cuenta - cuando se para de nuevo- que volver es imposible.&lt;br /&gt;Es el ir hacia el piso, hacia la tierra, lo que lo hace no el fin de la vida, sino el comienzo. Que la rendición deliberada es el principio del movimiento interior a través del que se avance sobre el camino. En Paschimottanasana, el cuerpo superior toca el inferior, mientras la mente piensa en términos de altos y bajos, pacíficos y violentos, positivos y negativos. ¿Cuál es cuál? ¿Puede la separación del bien y el mal, como blanco y negro, ser realmente establecida?. ¿Puede haber realmente un circuito roto de energía o un círculo dividido? La mente es como una terminal de buses donde todo llega a través de los sentidos, y la mente hace interpretaciones a partir de estas sensaciones percibidas. dejar que asimilen la experiencia aquellos que recibieron la ultima entrega el jueves 3 de junio. pero bien, es un momento muy especial, casi de urgencia y ya veremos que resulta de todo esto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En las clases de Yoga la resistencia se pone a prueba, profunda respiracion les ayudara a concentrarse y no dejarse vencer facilmente por cansancio. aprenderan a sostener las posturas /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Qué es el Deeksha?&lt;br /&gt;La capacidad de conectarnos y sentir a otros, es a lo que nos lleva el Deeksha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Siendo esta una cualidad innata a la experiencia humana, hemos perdido la capacidad de conectar entre unos y otros. Cada vez son menos los momentos de conexión, predominando el sentirnos separados y aislados. Al momento de conectarte, el instante en que te sientes parte de lo que esta sucediendo, tu vida está llena de sentido… Es en estos momentos donde nos sentimos totalmente plenos y completos. Al tener problemas de comunicación con una persona, con mi pareja, mis padres o hijos, incluso en mi trabajo, si tan sólo pudiese sentir y conectar con estas personas.
